Lawyer THEOUNG PUTHEARITH

Head of Natural Resource and Civil Practice

THOEUNG PUTHEARITH who is a co-founder of KHEMARIN LAW GROUP and a member of Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia since 2011. With more than 10 years of law practice, he is professional related to the natural resource and civil procedure and lectured in universities based on the land aspect and civil code of Cambodia.

PUTHEARITH prepared the legal documents and represented a number of clients in solving with the complex legal issues for acceptable result in court, contract, real estate and mediation process. He is proficient in English and fluent in Khmer.

He has received a certificate of Participation on Mediation by successfully completed mediation training conducted by the Australian Disputes Centre in Bangkok. More, he provided the legal support and assist to the communities and clients to mediate with the large-scale company as well.

Also, he completed the training for approval Persons in the trust sector of 2023 and certificate of Qualification to be trustee recognized by Trust Regulator of Cambodia.
