Mr. Chan Hoeun, attorney-at-law, member of the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia, he graduated from Cambodian Mekong University, Bachelor of Law in 2008, he is not only graduated Bachelor of Law but he also graduated Master of Law and Political Sciences from Build Bring University in 2013. In addition, he obtained Certificate of Aptitude in Legal Profession from Lawyer Training Center in 2010. Moreover, he attended many training courses related to his field.

Mr. Chan Hoeun specialized in Administrative laws, Commercial Laws, Construction Laws, Civil laws, Property Laws and Criminal Laws. He is not only a practicing lawyer, but he also serves as a legal lecturer at many universities in Phnom Penh such as Cambodian Mekong University, Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University, Cambodian University for Specialties, and South East Asia University etc. He is a co-founder of Khemarin Law Group (KLG) and he is responsible for Commercial Sector and Public Communication at Khemarin Law Group (KLG).
