Mr. Ling Samidy, attorney-at-law, member of the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia, he graduated from Royal University of Law and Economics, Bachelor of Law in 2006, he is not only graduated Bachelor of Law but he also graduated Master of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics in 2016. In addition, he obtained Certificate of Aptitude in Legal Profession from Lawyer Training Center in 2018. Moreover, he attended many training courses related to his field.

Mr. Ling Samidy specialized in Administrative laws, Commercial Laws, Construction Laws, Civil laws, Property Laws and Criminal Laws. He is not only a practicing lawyer. He is a co-founder of Khemarin Law Group (KLG) and he is responsible for Civil Sector and Public Communication at Khemarin Law Group (KLG).
